Meera Sury, MD, MTS, HEC-C is an Assistant Professor in the Center for Bioethics and in Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Sury holds a master's of theological studies from Harvard Divinity School and medical doctorate from the University of Minnesota. She completed residency training in internal medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School, followed by fellowship training at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Sury's academic interests include ethics in organ donation and procurement, withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment, and equitable resource allocation.
