Debra DeBruin, PhD, worked with a statewide group to produce the guidance document: “Recommendations for Ethical Allocation of Rho(D) Immune Globulin.” The statewide group included physicians, midwives, pharmacists, blood center leadership, and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) staff. It was convened by the Metro Health & Medical Preparedness Coalition at the request of health professionals involved in managing the shortage.
