The Office of Academic Clinical Affairs (OACA) interviewed Debra DeBruin, PhD, Interim Director, on her expertise in public health ethics of vaccine distribution in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. OACA provides leadership of and is home to the Center for Bioethics and several other centers and institutes that facilitate clinical research and training at the University of Minnesota.
